7tk10 Terms & Conditions

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and maintain an account with 7tk10. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 7tk10 employs age verification procedures and may request documentary proof — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of your account lifecycle.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. 7tk10 is designed to serve players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the 7tk10 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7tk10 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations other than Bangladesh. Accounts accessed from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited may be restricted or closed at 7tk10's discretion.

2.3 Not a Politically Exposed Person. By registering, you confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations, and that funds used on the platform are from legitimate, lawful sources.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You confirm that you have not previously self-excluded from 7tk10 or any other gambling platform and then sought to register under a different identity to circumvent that exclusion. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited at the time of play.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 7tk10 or its associated game providers.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when placing bets or operating your account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7tk10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits apply to individual deposits and withdrawals and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Verified accounts may be eligible for higher transaction limits upon request.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket typically credit to your 7tk10 balance within one to three minutes of the transfer being confirmed in your mobile banking application. 7tk10 does not charge fees on incoming deposits from the platform side. Mobile carrier or banking provider charges, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the support team. 7tk10 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000.

4.5 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you lawfully. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties — including family members — are not permitted. 7tk10 is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of shared payment credentials.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 7tk10 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. Any unusual or suspicious deposit or withdrawal pattern may be reported to the relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering will be frozen pending investigation, and funds may be withheld indefinitely while investigations are ongoing.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 7tk10 are subject to acceptance by the platform. 7tk10 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being published, where a market has been suspended, or where a bet is placed after an event has concluded or after the in-play market has been closed.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to individual bets across all sports and casino products. Current stake limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement and within the relevant game lobby. 7tk10 reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits based on account history and betting patterns.

6.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; the odds were published due to a manifest technical error; or the bet was placed on a market that was suspended or closed at the time of placement. Void bets are returned to your account balance in full.

6.4 Cricket and Football Specific Rules. For BPL, T20, IPL, ICC, and international cricket markets, bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body. For football markets including the Bangladesh Premier League and international competitions, bets are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation play unless the specific market states otherwise (e.g., "including extra time"). Detailed sport-specific rules are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

6.5 Multi Bet Rules. Multi Bet (accumulator) wagers combine two or more individual selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the Multi Bet to return a winning payout. If any single selection is voided, that selection is removed from the accumulator and the bet is settled on the remaining selections. Minimum and maximum selections per Multi Bet are stated in the Multi Bet section of the sportsbook.

6.6 Casino Game Rules. All casino games on 7tk10 are governed by the individual game rules published within each game by the game provider. Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology. Live casino games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi under their respective service rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the 7tk10 platform display and the game provider's server record, the game provider's server record shall be the authoritative source for settlement purposes.

8.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your 7tk10 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after satisfying any outstanding wagering requirements. Accounts with pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalised.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request immediate closure at any time. Responsible gaming closures are treated as self-exclusions and take effect within one hour of the request being confirmed by our support team. 7tk10 will not market to or attempt to reactivate a player who has closed their account for responsible gaming reasons during any cool-off or exclusion period.

8.3 Suspension by 7tk10. 7tk10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account has been used in breach of these Terms; the information provided at registration is inaccurate or fraudulent; the account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity; the account holder is under 18 years of age; or the continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform.

8.4 Balance Handling on Closure. In the event of account closure by 7tk10 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. Where the closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

8.5 Data Retention After Closure. Following account closure, 7tk10 will retain player data for the minimum period required by applicable anti-money-laundering, tax, and data protection regulations.
